Organic Practices – Purity in Every Bean

NATURAL FERTILIZATION

Relying on the abundance of organic matter, we nourish our cocoa trees with compost and green manures. This not only fortifies the soil but ensures that every cocoa bean retains its natural essence.

Pest Management

Instead of synthetic chemicals, we harness the power of beneficial insects, bio-pesticides, and natural repellents to protect our precious cocoa pods.

Shade Growing

Harvesting by Hand

In keeping with tradition and to ensure precision, our beans are
harvested manually. Each pod is selected based on its readiness, ensuring optimal
flavor and richness.

Natural Fermentation

The harvested beans undergo a natural fermentation process, where they are left in wooden crates or baskets, allowing them to develop their signature deep flavors.

Sun Drying

Instead of artificial methods, our cocoa beans are sun-dried, allowing them to retain their intrinsic flavors and characteristics.
